I've spent the last two decades doing PMO work in two very different environments — IT services and manufacturing — and for nearly six years, running partner operations and mentor/expert networks for a national accelerator program.
Somewhere in the middle of that, I started building the tools I wished I'd had: dashboards that read live from SharePoint instead of a status email, a matching engine that replaces ad hoc mentor selection with a scored, auditable process, and a framework for catching AI hallucinations before they reach a founder.
I care about the same thing in every role I've had: a portfolio — of projects, ventures, or people — that stays visible and organized enough that nothing important slips through unnoticed.
